المسجد الاقصى وكنيسة القيامة على وشك الانهيار

القاضي تيسير بيوض التميمي والمطران عطا الله حنا يحذران من انهيار وشيك للمسجد الاقصى بسبب حفريات اسرائيلية.

رام الله (الضفة الغربية) – حذر رجلا دين مسيحي ومسلم فلسطينيان الاربعاء من احتمال انهيار المسجد الاقصى وكنيسة القيامة نتيجة الحفريات التي تقوم بها اسرائيل تحت ارضية المسجد وعلى مسافات قريبه منه.

وقال قاضي القضاة الشرعيين تيسير بيوض التميمي في مؤتمر صحافي في رام الله "اخشى ان يكون هذا النداء هو الاخير قبل انهيار المسجد الاقصى، وعلى الامة ان تستيقظ من نومها".

من جهته، قال المطران عطا الله حنا الذي شارك مع التميمي في المؤتمر الصحافي ان "الحفريات التي تقوم بها سلطات الاحتلال في القدس تستهدف تزوير التاريخ العربي في الاماكن المقدسة، وهم يحفرون تحت الارض وبشكل يؤثر على البناء فوق الارض".

واضاف رئيس اساقفة سبسطية للروم الارثوذكس في القدس، "بدأنا نلحظ بالفعل في كافة الاماكن بان هناك تصدعات في الابنية والاماكن المقدسة الاسلامية والمسيحية".

وقال ان "هذه التصدعات تنذر بخطر كبير، وقد تتحول الى انهيارات تهدد المسجد الاقصى وكنيسة القيامة".

وعرض التميمي خلال المؤتمر الصحافي صورا لانهيارات وقعت على مسافات قريبة من المسجد الاقصى، بسبب الحفريات الاسرائيلية التي تجري هناك، ومن ضمنها الانهيار الاخير في حي سلوان الاثنين والذي كشف وجود حفرة عميقة تحت الارض.

وقال التميمي "الامر خطير للغاية، وقد حذرنا مرارا من نتائج الحفريات الاسرائيلية تحت الاقصى، وقلنا ان هذه الحفريات ستؤدي الى انهيار المسجد الاقصى".

واضاف "الانهيارات التي كشفتها السيول مؤخرا في حي سلوان، تؤكد ان الخطر واقع حقيقي وان انهيار المسجد الاقصى بات وشيكا".

وليست هذه هي المرة الاولى التي يحذر فيها رجال دين فلسطينيين من انهيار المسجد الاقصى نتيجة الحفريات الاسرائيلية في مدينة القدس، الا ان التميمي جدد تحذيره اليوم مما وصفه بـ"كارثة حقيقية" تهدد المسجد الاقصى.

وقال "الصيحات التي نطلقها كأنها صيحات في واد عميق لا يسمعها احد، لكن المسجد الاقصى على وشك الانهيار".

واعتبر التميمي ان "السكوت عما يجري مؤشر على مؤامرة، نحن لا نتهم احدا، ولكن هذا الصمت وعدم التحرك الفعال ضد ما تقوم به اسرائيل يدفعنا الى وضع علامات استفهام، لماذا تترك هذه الامة اسرائيل لتجري هذه الافعال".

وبدأت اسرائيل في 6 شباط/فبراير 2007 الاشغال والحفريات قرب باب المغاربة المؤدي الى باحة الحرم القدسي حيث يقع المسجد الاقصى ومسجد قبة الصخرة، وهي تؤكد ان المشروع يهدف الى توسيع وتدعيم جسر يؤدي الى المسجد وكذلك الى حائط المبكى المقدس لدى اليهود وهو الاثر الباقي من هيكل سليمان الذي دمره الرومان في العام سبعين ميلادية.

ولكن دائرة الوقف والهيئات الاسلامية في المدينة المقدسة اكدت مرارا ان الحفريات والجسر تهدد اساسات المسجد الاقصى.

Legislation in Quran

There are various ways in which Allah legislates in Quran

1-

The most and the usual method and the most straight forward manner which are orders and warnings, in these instances Allah urges Muslims to respond by calling them “O Believers” as in verses

Verse 2:178 “O you who believe!”

Verse 2:183” O you who believe!”

Verse 2:264” O you who believe!”

Verse 2:282” O you who believe!”

The aim of this method is to urge them and imply that they are close to His Heart, so they will respond

Some other times the call is for the prophet Muhammad (pbuh ) but it is still general and aimed at the whole Muslims(Mo’meneen)

Such as

Verse 65:1

“0 Prophet ! When you divorce women, divorce them at their ‘Iddah (prescribed periods) and count (accurately) their ‘Iddah (period). And fear Allah your”

“{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُّبَيِّنَةٍ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَمْراً }الطلاق1”

Note the plural tense in the Arabic verse which is not obvious in the English translation

Another verse

Verse 33:59

“O prophet! Tell your wives and daughters and the believing women that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient that they should be known (as such) and not molested: and Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful”

In some other places Allah just mentions it with no call for the prophet or the Muslims such as

Verse 2:224

“And make not Allah’s (Name) an excuse in your oaths against your doing good and acting piously, and making peace among mankind. And Allah is All-Hearer, All Knower (i.e. do not swear much and if you have sworn against doing something good then an expiation for the oath and do good)”

Verse 2:225

“Allah will not call you to account for that which is unintentional in your oaths, but He will call you to account for that which your hearts have earned. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Forbearing.”

Also in 2:233 and in 2:228 and in 2:229

Second method

2- Question asked to the prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Of these

1-one of the Bedouin came to the prophet to ask him if Allah is so far do he can shout for HIM or so close and we will whistle at HIM

Then Allah replies to this question immediately by this verse

2:186

“And when My slaves ask you (0 Muhammad ‘) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led a right.”

2-The companions asked about the moon and they were amazed at this phenomena so asked the prophet about it

Verse

2:189

“They ask you (0 Muhammad) about the new moons. Say: These are signs to mark fixed periods of time for mankind and for the pilgrimage. It is not AI-Birr (piety, righteousness) that you enter the houses from the back but AI-Birr (is the quality of the one) who fears Allah. So enter houses through their proper doors, and fear Allah that you may be successful.”

To be noted about this, Allah never answered their question about the PHYSICAL phenomena but guided them how to use it, because they would not be able to understand the whole space, shadow criteria as we know it today.

3-&4-

Allah always said He loves those who spend, so they asked the prophet what and how to spend so Allah reveals

2:215

“They ask you (0 Muhammad) what they should spend. Say: Whatever you spend of good must be for

parents and kindred and orphans and AI-Masakin (the poor) and the wayfarer, and whatever you do of good deeds, truly, Allah knows it well.”

Also revealed

2:219

“And they ask you what they ought to spend. Say: "That which is beyond your needs."

5-

The prophet sends a complain in the Holy monthes so his companions fight in the war and they capture and are captured ,so the companions ask the prophet about is it allowed to fight in the holy month, so Allah reveals

2:217

“They ask you concerning fighting in the Sacred Months (i.e. 1st, 7th, l1th and 12th months of the Islamic calendar). Say:"Fighting therein is a great (transgression) but a greater (transgression) with Allah is to prevent mankind from following the Way of Allah, to disbelieve in Him, to prevent access to Al-Masjid-Al-Haram (at Makkah), and to drive out its inhabitants and AlFitnah is worse than killing. And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can. And whosoever of you turns back from his religion and dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this life and in the Hereafter, and they will be the dwellers of the Fire. They will abide therein forever."”

So Allah pointed that the fight in this month is very great transgression but Allah permitted it because the State in a state of War with a lot of enemies.

6-

A lot of the companions saw that Alcoholics are so bad but not forbidden yet so they ask the prophet ,so Allah reveals him

2:219

“They ask you (0 Muhammad ) concerning alcoholic drink and gambling. Say: "In them is a great sin, and (some) benefits for men, but the sin of them is greater than their benefit."

Allah is forbidding it gradually ,because there some kind of industry at Muslim country that time ,but the companions however when this revealed left the drink and gambling because it was their habit to benefit at most from God’s giving .

7-

Allah warned Muslims greatly not to steal orphans money and never use it, but just keep it and use it in their profit(and of course their property too)

Verse 2:220

“And they ask you concerning orphans. Say: "The best thing is to work honestly in their property, and if you mix your affairs with theirs, then they are your brothers. And Allah knows him who means mischief (e.g. to swallow their property) from him who means good (e.g. to save their property). And if Allah had wished, He could have put you into difficulties. Truly, Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise”

8-

When Muslims came to Al-Madina they found that Jews never have affair or talk to women in their menstruation period However Christians have affair (sex) and talk to them ,and they (Muslims) did not know what to do ,so they ask the prophet

Verse 2:222

“They ask you concerning menstruation. Say: that is an Adha (a harmful thing for a husband to have a sexual intercourse with his wife while she is having her menses), therefore keep away from women during menses and go not unto them till they are purified (from menses and have taken a bath). And when they have purified themselves, then go in unto them as Allah has ordained for you (go in unto them in any manner as long as it is in their vagina). Truly, Allah loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves (by taking a bath and cleaning and washing thoroughly their private parts, bodies, for their prayers)”

So Allah only forbids having sex with them in that period but allowing anything else.

Third Method

9 &10

They ask the prophet about FATWA, when the word fatwa come in Quran, it means that this thing is so important and urgent

Verse 4:127

“They ask your legal instruction concerning women, say: Allah instructs you about them, and about what is recited unto you in the Book concerning the orphan girls whom you give not the prescribed portions (as regards Mahr and inheritance) and yet whom you desire to marry, and (concerning) the children who are weak and oppressed, and that you stand firm for justice to orphans. And whatever good you do, Allah is Ever All-Aware of it.”

The same happened in 4:176

4:176

“They ask you for a legal verdict. Say: "Allah directs (thus) about AI-Kalalah (those who leave neither descendants nor ascendants as heirs).”

Something important to be noted about these

Always Allah says “they ask you instruction” and HE replies “SAY:…..” this pattern happened to make the prophet Muhammad Pbuh is the mediator between Allah and Muslims except one verse the pattern changed to “they ask”…”…” with no order to the prophet to say anything and this only occurred once in Quran which is

2:186

“And when My slaves ask you (0 Muhammad ‘) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led a right.”

To denote that when you call Allah you do not need any mediator or any kind of intercessor.

Allah says about this too

Verse 50:16

“We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge).”

Arabs of that time used to eat deed meat and almost all dead things anf muslims are confused they do not feel right when they eat it ,then Allah forbids all of these in the verse

5:3

“Forbidden to you (for food) are: AI-Maitah (the dead animals – cattle – beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which Allah’s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering, (that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah, or has been slaughtered for idols) and that which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring of horns – and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animal- unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) – and that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) on An-Nusub (stone-altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or decision; (all) that is Fisqun (disobedience of Allah and sin). This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above mentioned meats), then surely, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

Muslims win the war at Badr but they have a lot of disagreement between them ,so they ask the prophet then Allah reveals

“They ask you (0 Muhammad) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allah and the Messenger." So fear Allah and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad), if you are believers.”

Which is implicit to make the prophet do whatever he wants and Allah appoints him as a judge for that

Some Non-Muslims ask the prophets about Islam ,they asked what is the spirit

Verse 17:85

“And they ask you (0 Muhammad) concerning the Ruh (the Spirit); Say: "The Ruh (the Spirit) is one of the things, the knowledge of which is only with my Lord. And of knowledge, you (mankind) have been given only a little."”

And they ask about the day of Judgment and its time

Verse 7 :187

“They ask you about the Hour (Day of Resurrection): "When will be its appointed time?" Say: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord (Alone). None can reveal its time but He. Heavy is its burden through the heavens and the earth. It shall not come upon you except all of a sudden." They ask you as if you have a good knowledge of it. Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (Alone), but most of mankind know not.,”

بعد اعتناق ضابطة بريطانية الاسلام: حجابي يستفزهم ويطلقون علي خائنة
الضابطة ياسمين رحمن:
* الإسلام هو الأقرب إلى نفوس البشر
* وجدت أن أهداف الحياة في الدنيا والآخرة أجمل من خلال تعاليم الدين الإسلامي
ياسمين رحمن ضابطة في شرطة المواصلات متبحرة في الدين الإسلامي،تقول أنها قبل نطقها بالشهادتين كانت علمانية لم تعتنق أي دين، ولم تكن تذهب إلى الكنيسة، ولكنها تشعر اليوم إنه حقا الدين الذي يصل العبد بربّه مباشرة عن طريق التوحيد والعبادة، مما يبعث السكينة في النفس والطمأنينة، ويجلب السعادة للمخلوق بهذه العلاقة الفريدة المشتملة على الحب والخوف والرجاء والخضوع لله تعالى.
وتضيف الضابطة ياسمين أنها كانت تعاقر الخمر قبل دخولها الإسلام، وعندما تتذكر تلك الأيام حين كانت تذهب مع أصدقائها إلى الأندية، تشعر بالندم، وتوضح أن الإسلام هو الأقرب إلى نفوس البشر، وتقول أن اليوم الذي اعتنقت فيه الإسلام ونطقت بالشهادتين «أشهد ألا إله إلا الله وأشهد أنّ محمدا رسول الله» في مسجد شرق لندن أواخر أفريل من العام الماضي، يعتبر علامة فارقة في حياتها، أي بين الحق والباطل، وهذا المعنى الصحيح للعبادة التي يجتمع فيها عمل القلب مع عمل اللسان بذكر الله، بالإضافة إلى عمل الجوارح، كما يتجلّى ذلك بالصلاة والصوم والزكاة وتلاوة القرآن. وتشير ياسمين إلى أنها وجدت كثيرا من المساعدة من إخوة لها في الدين من داخل مسجد شرق لندن، الذي تتردد عليه من حين لأخر، فقد أمدوها بكثير من الكتب التي تتحدث عن الإسلام، منها نسخ من القرآن الكريم، وكتب في الفقه والتيسير على معتنقي الدين الجدد. وتضيف ياسمين، عندما تعرفت على الإسلام، تيقنت من أنني اكتشف دنيا جديدة، بدأت أشعر تدريجيا بأن الإيمان يسكن قلبي وبالطمأنينة، لقد تخلصت من كل الذنوب بعد دخولي إلى الدين الحنيف،((( لقد كانت هذه الطمأنينة طمأنينة إلهية، حينها أيقنت أن الوقت قد حان لارتداء الحجاب، الذي وافق عليه مسؤولون في الشرطة البريطانية، لقد أيقنت أن الله هداني، ومن حينها وأنا أتلذذ بطعم الإيمان، إن الإيمان بالله، هو أجمل شعور ممكن أن يعيشه الإنسان في هذه الدنيا.وتضيف ياسمين بحسرة:’ كثيرا ما أسمع عبارات مستفزة أثناء نوبات العمل، مثل «الخائنة» أو «بن لادن في واترلوو» في إشارة إلى عملها في محطة قطارات واترلو بوسط لندن وهي ترتدي الحجاب))). وتضيف: «لكنني في معظم الأحوال أتجاهل تلك العبارات الاستفزازية التي تعبر عن جهل أصحابها».
وتقول كنت أتوقع ردة غاضبة من بعض أفراد المجتمع، وتفهما اكبر أعايشه يوميا من أبناء الجالية أو من الذين لا يعرفونني. وتقول ياسمين: وجدت أن أهداف الحياة في الدنيا والآخرة أجمل من خلال تعاليم الدين الإسلامي، وهذا جعلني اعتنق الإسلام بكل حب لأنه دين حق، و ما وجدته في الإسلام بالنسبة لحقوق المرأة، غير ما سمعته، بل هو تأكيد أن الإسلام حفظ لها نفس تلك الحقوق التي كفلها للرجل، مثل حقها في التعليم وحقها كمرأة متزوجة، ونصيبها في الميراث وغير ذلك من الحقوق الأخرى، وهناك أيضا سورة «مريم» التي تتحدث عن براءة السيدة مريم مما نسب إليها، وتتحدث السورة عن قصة ميلاد المسيح عليه السلام. وتقول الضابطة ياسمين عرفت أن أول من اعتنق الإسلام امرأة وهي السيدة خديجة زوجة الرسول الكريم، وأول شهيدة في الإسلام أيضاً امرأة السيدة سمية زوجة ياسر بن عمار «أم عمار»، التي ارتبط اسمها بقول الرسول الكريم «صبرا آل ياسر إن موعدكم الجنة». وتقول: عرفت أيضاً أن الله سبحانه وتعالى جعل الجنة تحت أقدام الأمهات، واطلعت على حديث الرسول عليه الصلاة والسلام عندما جاءه رجل يسأل عن من أحق الناس بحسن صحبتي، فذكر الأم ثلاث مرات ثم جاء الأب أخيراً، وعرفت أيضا أن الإسلام ليس دين عنف وتطرف، بل يفي بحقوق العدالة والجيران، بعد أن أوصى النبي بحقوق الجار

In this I will prove that Quran is from Allah (Divine)

1-the Arabic structure of Hadith and Quran is completely different to each other
2-any writer can only write in one style of writing so how the prophet could write with 2 styles?(assuming he can read and write which is not true)
3-enemies of the prophet (pbuh) admitted it is not words of a human being and the story of Al-Wlid Ibn Al-Mogheera is so fameous
4-if it were from a human being how it was preserved and never changed while the bible and Torah contradicts each other and the Bible itself has contradictory stories,yes there is Qera’at of Quran ,but it is not versions!they are readings of it because Arabs has different accents of Arabic that time(1400 years ago),even in the readings,the meaning is pretty much the same.
5-I am not going to discuss the scientific miracle of Quran ,but I will use only one of them to prove that it was not the prophet who said Quran
here is it
verse[2/26]
"Allah is not ashamed to set
forth a parable even of a mosquito or so much
more when it is bigger (or less when it is
smaller) than it"
{إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَسْتَحْيِي أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلاً مَّا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا}
here is the literal translation of the arabic verse
"Allah is not ashamed to set forth a parable even of a mosquito or what on it "
the word"what on it" means that there is something on the mosquito and science nowadays has discovered using Electronic microscope that there is indeed a very small creature on the mosquito which can only be seen by an electronic
microscope (not an ordinary microscope assuming those beduins have one!),how the prophet know something like this 1400 years ago?!

6-Abo-Lahab in surat 111,it is said that Abo-lahab will go to hell ,the Surat was mentioned in the life of Abo-lahab ,
if it were the prophet ,was not it risky to say something like that?
Abo-lahab has 10 years after this verse and he could destroy Islam by converting to it but pretending to,and he will say "look people I have entered Islam ,Muhammad is wrong"
would not this destroy Islam??
why Muhammad would do something like that?
Face it ,it is the Creator of Everything who said this Quran,not anyone else.
Again,I am not going to discuss the scientific miracles in Quran this is only to prove that Quran is from Allah.
Physics of today is not complete and both relativity and Quantum mechanics contradict each other,so today science is in no position to judge Quran yet.

Follow the prophet (pbuh)

It could be understood that there will be some confusion from the Phrase
{قُلْ أَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ }آل عمران32
Verse 3:32 ""Obey Allah and His Apostle"" the confusion may arise from the fact that there is no explicit mention of obeying the prophet in person ,the verse might imply that the prophet followed Allah so why follow the prophet if we followed Allah?
This in itself, that the prophet did not judge anything, and this will blow the whole Sunnah and Hadith, and as a result will cause the whole today practiced by Muslims all over the world to be not true. Below are some rigorous proofs that the prophet really judged as part of his mission as the head of the state
• Verse 8:1
"يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الأَنفَالِ قُلِ الأَنفَالُ لِلّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ فَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَأَصْلِحُواْ ذَاتَ بِيْنِكُمْ وَأَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ"
"They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say: "(such) spoils are at the disposal of Allah and the apostle: so fear Allah and keep straight the relations between yourselves: obey Allah and His apostle if ye do believe.""
The verse were revealed after the War Of Badr when Muslims did not agree to how they should distributed amongst them ,so Allah revealed the verse telling them that they do not have any right in claiming it is for them and telling them that all the spoils of War are at the disposal of Allah and the Prophet and since Allah did not take any of them then it is now for the prophet but since the prophet never had his own spoils and he was so poor that he for 2 or 3 months never ate except little food so the prophet tend to fst to much then Allah said this Verse 3:161 "No prophet could (ever) be false to his trust" the verse 3:161 must be put in its true position in explaining the verse 8:1 ,so how?
When Allah said in that verse " Obey Allah and His Apostle " the question arises what to obey?!!
In All the verses that mention OBEY, Allah first comes then the prophet which means there is some order to followed first Allah then his prophet ,so in the verse Muslims did not agree to the distribution of the spoils between them then Allah did not judge the issue but said obey the prophet so still the question what to obey ? here comes the rule of legislation of the prophet because he distributed all the spoils between them
• Verse 4:61 " But no by thy Lord they can have no (real) Faith until they make thee judge in all disputes between them and find in their souls no resistance against thy decisions but accept them with the fullest conviction " which is another EXPLICIT ORDER to make the prophet as judge and restore to him whatsoever small or big ,and all of his judges are preserved in his Sunnah .
Allah made it clear when He said " they make thee judge in all disputes between " which in itself that the prophet basically judged ever single detail in all Muslims life that time also Allah know that some people will not follow the prophet so He said " they can have no (real) Faith " which means that they are not Muslims and know that some people will resist the legislation of the prophet because they think they are better than him so HE SAID" find in their souls no resistance "
• The most obvious proof that the prohet was really judging all Muslims day life is the verses correcting his judges according to what Allah sees best for example see the verse 66:1 " Prophet! why holdest thou to be forbidden that which Allah has made lawful to thee? Thou seekest to please thy consorts. But Allah is Oft Forgiving Most Merciful " which means that the prophet made something wrong and Allah is correcting him.
• Verse 3:50 " So fear Allah and obey me. " this verse was said by Jesus ,he told them OBEY ME not OBEY ALAH AND ME, which states clearly that Jesus has his own legislation to be followed apart from what found in the bible since after all ,any divine book can not contain every single detail of the prophet time ,and prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is no exception for that
• Verse 3:195 "and consult them in affairs (of moment). Then when thou hast taken a decision put thy trust in Allah. For Allah loves those who put their trust (in Him) " the verse states clearly thay the prophet has to consult his companions before making ANY DECISION ,which means that the prophet was legislating .
• Verse 4:42 " On that day those who reject faith and disobey the Apostle will wish that the earth were made one with them: but never will they hide a single fact from Allah! " so it is not now about disobeying Allah anymore it is about " disobey the Apostle " which means that you can obey Allah but still disobey the prophet which makes you kicked in hell.
• Verse 3:20 " I have submitted my whole self to Allah and so have those who follow me " the verse is still talking about following the prophet" so have those who follow me " not Allah
• Verse 4:59 " obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those charged with authority among you " the question now why Allah did not repeat the word OBEY with " those charged " so that there will be 3 obey in the verse not 2!!??
Because this is a very famous Arabic usage of the words ,when you say obey "Ahmad and obey Ali "is not the same as "Obey Ahmad and Ali" ,the first of them means that Ahmad and Ali are independent of each other and you have to follow both ,the second means that Ahmad is independent of Ali but Ali is following Ahmad and You have to follow Ahmad and you should obey Ali as long as he makes sense to whatever Ahmad said and you do not have to follow Ali as long as he mistakes,but if the 2 structures are used in the article then we take the structure with the 2 obeys as he default meaning The same is with the verse about Allah and the prophet and those charged. This is famous Arabic usage of the words and I do not know if it exists in English or not.
